The studio production, ‘A Human Write’ was performed in Big School on Monday evening and Tuesday afternoon and evening to great acclaim.  Lizzy Harris chose the script and directed this unusual, intelligent play, which examines a writer’s struggle not just to express his thoughts but also to find the personal happiness, or ‘happy ending’ we are all looking for.  Marcus Coleridge played the struggling writer and a talented cast of pupils played his conflicting thoughts and feelings in a short and moving production which was hugely enjoyed by everyone who saw it.  The playwright, Amy Sutton, came to watch the show on Monday night and joined the cast for a delicious dinner and animated chat in the OK Room after the show.  Most of the cast now want to go into the theatre!
