Devizes to Westminster Training Squad

On Sunday 8th March, the Devizes to Westminster squad took part in the Waterside C paddling race, an essential part of their training and qualification for the actual race over the Easter weekend. Eight crews paddled for Mount Kelly and they showed a great level of focus and hard work over the 23 miles. All of the crews achieved their fastest average speed so far; the first boat home was Alex Byrne paddling with his brother and the the first ‘all school’ boat was Will Bennett and Harry Dunlop.
