Congratulations to our Director of Swimming Emma Collings-Barnes who has gained selection onto the Swim England Coach 2024 programme, aimed at developing the next generation of elite swimming coaches. Emma was one of 18 coaches chosen to complete the 14-month programme, which covers a wide range of topics that aim to enhance technical knowledge, personal and interpersonal skills and enable them to better support their athletes.
