One to One Lessons

One to One Lessons are an ideal way to build confidence and competence. Our skilled instructors will help to develop swimming efficiency by working through a step-by-step process of improvements in: body balance, leg kick, breathing, arm action and the timing of the strokes. Instructors work at the pace and ability of developing swimmers and ensure the experience is both rewarding and enjoyable. The sessions are not limited to children and can be bespoke to needs of all age groups. 

Sessions can be booked on a One to One or on a One to Two basis. 

Lessons last 30 minutes.
