On Friday 4th March, over 50 pupils and five members of staff took off for the Channel Islands for a weekend of rugby and hockey matches against local school teams and the Jersey club. The pupils played a combined total of ten hockey and rugby matches with some memorable moments, tries, goals and team play. The tourists also got the opportunity to visit Mount Orgueil Castle and Elizabeth Castle, enjoyed a memorable seafood meal at the famous Pomme D'Or Hotel as well as bowling and swimming; they even spent some time on the beach!
