Year 5 LOTC

Posted: 26th September 2017

Year 5 pupils enjoyed a fantastic LOTC trip to Newquay last week. After a day at the zoo participating in a Habitats and Conservation workshop, pupils set up camp and enjoyed supper and a visit to the beach. This was followed by a visit to the RNLI lifeguards where they learned about beach safety, before returning to camp for hot chocolate and cookies.

Day two saw pupils enjoying the peace and quiet of the Japanese Zen gardens, where they produced some sketches for their Oriental art theme. They also attended a fun session of zorbing football before returning to school. More photographs can be found on Facebook.
