Volunteering at Buckland Abbey

A group of Year 9 pupils have begun their Duke of Edinburgh volunteering placement at Buckland Abbey. Working together with the Head Ranger and Head Gardener, pupils have started redesigning an area of the garden by the Cart Pond. They are making a giant bug hotel and will be planting a range of wildflowers, vegetables and fruit later in the year.
