Pupils in the Pre-Prep have been learning about Chinese New Year celebrations and customs over the past week.
Some of our Chinese pupils at the College gave an interesting presentation and ran some themed activities in Nursery. On Friday morning the Pre-Prep welcomed a speaker from Plymouth Centre for Faiths and Cultural Diversity who led an interactive session which included learning some of the language and listening to Chinese stories.
Pupils and staff across the School all enjoyed a delicious Chinese lunch on Friday and 47 members of the International Society celebrated Chinese New Year with a banquet at the Bird's Nest restaurant in Tavistock on Saturday night.
Gong Xi Fa Cai!
