At the college we have an extensive games and activities programme for each term.

The breath of options on offer is impressive and each term there are new options to make sure our programme caters for all of our pupils outside of our major and minor sports. Games and activities sessions run over three 1h 40min periods a week and we utilise some of this time for mid week matches as well as training sessions. There is also a team run hour at the end of a week on Fridays to prepare sides for Saturday fixtures if needed. We have a separate gym timetable for pupils who would like to build on their strength and fitness.
