The Mount Kelly Dressage team (Katy Miles, Heidi Littlejohns, Martha Miles) went to Duchy College on 6th May to take part in their first ever Team Quest Dressage competition. This is one of five open team qualifying competitions that count towards a place in the National Championships.
The team could not have had a better start winning overall, with Martha winning the Intro A Cass riding Wizard with Heidi second on Ronnie. Katy then competed in Prelim 13 riding Uragano, coming 6th to give the team overall 1st place. The girls now go onto the next competition on 23rd May.
The team look forward to welcoming back Indira Falle once her horse has recoevered, and a bit thank you to their dressage trainer, Clare Deithrick, who gives the team lessons every fortnight on a Tuesday evening.
