Mount Kelly Christmas Fair

Posted: 5th December 2018

The Mount Kelly Parents’ Association organised a wonderful Christmas Fair at the Prep on Saturday 1 December, raising £1,806 for SKRUM. The fair included 25 stalls run by local businesses selling everything from handmade Christmas gifts to spa treatments and interior decorations, and pupils ran stalls and activities for children. Pupils could get their hair braided, and face and nails painted.  The Christmas lights were officially switched on by the youngest boarder and pupils, staff and families were entertained with carols sung by the Junior Choir.

Santa’s Grotto was extremely popular and the Christmas Tree of Fortune offered the chance to win from a selection of fantastic prizes, including dinner for two at Lewtrenchard Manor, a night glamping in a Shepherd’s Hut, a mini photo shoot, cinema tickets and more.

The Parents’ Association would like to sincerely thank everyone who supported the event.
