Parents Association Quiz Night

The Mount Kelly Parents’ Association Quiz Night on Friday 6th March was a great success, with some 80 parents taking part in a hugely enjoyable evening at the Prep. Quiz master Hugh Walkington had prepared some excellent, and challenging, questions on a large variety of topics including Geography, film soundtracks, the 1980s and even ‘Mount Kelly’! Participants tucked into a delicious lasagne supper prepared by Sarah Hawke and her catering team, followed by sumptuous puddings which had been provided by a number of parent volunteers. Particular thanks go to Mrs Heather Searle and Mrs Holly Leahy for all their hard work putting the evening together, to Hugh for being such a brilliant Quiz master and to the Gap students for helping to run the bar and provide a babysitting service. Congratulations to the winning team members who were the proud recipients of the Quiz Trophy.
