Lucy, May and Millie represented Mount Kelly in the Senior District Final of the Rotary Club's Youth Speaks debating competition on Saturday afternoon at Bodmin College. The team did an outstanding job of proposing their topic for debate, Should IVF treatment be free on the NHS?, but sadly did not qualify for the next round against some very stiff competition.
Lucy did, however, come away with the award for the best individual Proposer Speech. Well done!
