Users are required to contact the Swim Centre by telephone, email or in person to reserve a place to attend Public Swimming.

- Fitsense App – A quick and easy way of pre-booking a place for Public Swimming sessions is to book online by downloading the free FitSense app available on iOS and Android. In order to register your account and get your FitSense password, select ‘Member Sign In’, then ‘Activate my Account’ and fill in your details. Please note you must use the email address we have on file for you. Once you have done this a password will be emailed to you and you are ready to start using FitSense. The FitSense app also has other benefits including a great deal of information on nutrition and exercise to help you stay motivated and manage your exercise programme.

Bookings may be made up to seven days in advance.
Up to a maximum of 7 bookings can be made at one time.
Cancellations can be made by users via email, telephone or in person up to 24 hours in advance.
In order for us to maximise our capacities, please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a session you have booked, another swimmer can then take your place. Should you not attend without telling us more than once, we shall delay in allowing you to re-book further sessions.
