Mount Kelly is seeking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join the Personalised Learning department.
The successful candidate will be flexible and sensitive to the needs of children and have experience of working in a similar role or with young people. An interest in the sciences and/or Mathematics at GCSE would be an advantage. Working within the Personalised Learning department the successful candidate will think creatively; have patience; show empathy and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
The position is part-time and permanent working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, for 34 weeks per year (term time, including INSET days). Candidates should complete an application form which may be supported by a CV and/or covering letter to the Head Master at HR@mountkelly.com
The Matron deals with the health and welfare of the pupils, and has a special role in assisting the Housemaster/mistress to create a happy and well-ordered atmosphere throughout the Boarding House.
The position requires someone who understands and empathises with young people and is able to demonstrate good sense. They should have excellent interpersonal skills, be a good listener, flexible in outlook, reliable, warm and friendly in disposition.
We are seeking one or two team members to cover 20–40 hours per week. The anticipated hours will be within 8am–6pm, including some weekends on a rota basis. The role is 34 weeks per year (term time including INSET).

Mount Kelly is seeking to appoint a full time member of the grounds team responsibility for the daily maintenance of the grounds of the Mount Kelly site, including outdoor sports pitches, athletics tracks, facilities and equipment for track and field events, also the general maintenance of the grounds, grass areas, planted areas, litter clearance and cleaning of facilities.
