Strategic Plan

Since the merger of the Kelly College Foundation and the Mount House School Trust in June 2014, we have become a vibrant, integrated community of more than 580 pupils and 200 staff.

Please find below Mount Kelly’s Five Year Strategic Plan, the publication of which represents an extremely significant moment in the life of the School. With the merger now fully embedded, a very successful inspection report, and many of the new structures and processes firmly in place, we are able now to turn our minds to the longer-term future of the Foundation. The Strategic Plan sets out very clearly our ambitions for the School, and the aspirations that we have for the Foundation and for our pupils.
