Our youngest pupils impressed the audience with a wonderful Harvest Festival today, full of song, drama and dance. After a Pre-Prep rendition of Big Red Combine Harvester, Nursery pupils sang a lovely version of It's Harvest Time. Reception class have recently been learning about hedgehogs and performed a delightful play called The Hedgehogs, and Year 1 acted out the story of Farmer Duck. Year 2 pupils told the story of Harvest and the Jewish festival Sukkot. They even baked special bread for the audience to try.
Harvest Festival services were also held at the College and Prep last week, and pupils have donated much-needed food to the Tavistock Foodbank.
