We were delighted to welcome Mike Reeves and Paul Wright, members of the Conway Merchant Navy Trust (CMNT), to give a virtual careers talk about the Merchant Navy to Year 12.
The talk covered the role of the Merchant Navy, sectors it is involved in, careers and important attributes of a Seafarer.
We are also very grateful to the CMNT for sponsoring 11 Mount Kelly pupils this summer on residential off shore sailing trips with the Tall Ships Youth Trust and the Small Ships expedition onboard our boat Olga.
