Year 8 pupils have spent a busy week following an exciting programme of LOTC activities. They have been learning to sail on Mount Kelly’s Olga, pushed themselves out of their comfort zones with coasteering, improved their orienteering skills and enjoyed an overnight stay at Nun’s Cross Farm.
Pupils also visited Bodmin Jail, where the exceptional guide regaled them with the history of the jail and the evolution of the process of crime and punishment through the early modern age of British History. Thankfully no one ended up being incarcerated and left behind! The day was rounded off with some BAFTA-worthy drama displays by the pupils.
