Oxbridge Essay Competition
As part of our programme for potential Oxbridge applicants, selected Year 12 pupils enter the essay competitions run by Oxbridge colleges. Amongst the most prestigious of these are the Kelvin (Science) and Vellacott (History) prize competitions run by Peterhouse.
This year Ted Jenks entered the Kelvin Prize and placed in the top 7 (from 250 entrants), he has been awarded a 'commendation'. Ted has been invited to lunch at Peterhouse, Cambridge in June.
