Mount Kelly Donates to ShelterBox

Posted: 13th October 2017

The counting of the contents of our recent water bottle appeal for ShelterBox is now complete, raising £1,322.83 for the West Country charity. At the Prep, pupils put their Maths skills to the test, not only counting the coins, but working out the percentages of each denomination of coin donated!

The charity sends green ShelterBoxes to disaster zones, containing family-sized tents to provide people with temporary shelter and items such as cooking sets, solar lights and activity sets for children. For more information about ShelterBox, visit www.shelterbox.org
