What will pupils study in the Mount Kelly Business School?

Pupils select three A Levels (Business and/or Economics + Social Sciences + an A Level from the Mount Kelly portfolio) to establish a strong academic base.

The exclusive Electives & Enrichments (E&E) programme – this is not co-curricular; it is a core 124-hour/year module.

Business Skills

We move from understanding the internal mechanics of a company to developing the external strategies required to compete and win in the marketplace, culminating in the launch of a personal brand.

Tech Skills

We develop young adults who understand technology’s strategic importance and can apply it creatively, effectively and ethically in the rapidly evolving world. This pathway develops agile thinkers, capable of leveraging technology to solve problems in any field.

Ana is an educator and entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience in UK higher education across design, business, marketing and management-related subjects. Her work focuses on applied learning, inclusive teaching and helping students connect academic ideas with real professional contexts.

Before joining Mount Kelly, Ana worked as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Exeter, supporting assessment and marking to promote consistency, academic rigour and high-quality feedback. She has also taught Business Foundations, Business Studies and Introduction to Marketing at the University of Plymouth International College.

Alongside her academic work, Ana runs a design-led jewellery business, leading strategy, operations, e-commerce development and brand growth. This practical business experience informs Ana’s teaching and enables her to bring real-world examples of leadership, decision-making, innovation and customer strategy into the classroom.

Ana holds a Master’s degree in Design Management with Distinction, with a strong focus on leadership, innovation strategy and organisational practice.
