Mount Kelly seeks an inspiring, highly motivated Head Football Coach to join our thriving and nationally recognised Girls’ Performance Football Programme, delivered in partnership with Chelsea FC. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious coach to work within a high-performance environment, supporting talented young athletes as they pursue excellence both academically and athletically.
Our Girls’ Programme has enjoyed outstanding success, including as triple back-to-back ISFA U18 National Champions, and continues to grow across U15-U18 pathways. We are now looking for a coach who can contribute to this momentum through high-quality delivery, strong player development and a passion for girls’ football.
The Head Football Coach will take responsibility for the day-to-day coaching, planning and delivery of training sessions across the girls’ programme. This is a practical, pitch-based role focused on leading high-quality, engaging coaching sessions. Further details are available in the job description.
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping our players achieve their ambitions whether progressing toward elite pathways or thriving within school competitions, whilst also modelling the Mount Kelly values of Compassion, Courage, Humility, Respect, Commitment, and Integrity.
The role is part-time, working 36 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, typically six hours per day. It is a term-time only position for 34 weeks per year, including INSET days, plus an additional 10 days per year to be agreed.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about football, coaching, and working with young people who is looking to develop their skills in a supportive and ambitious environment.
Our Girls’ Programme has enjoyed outstanding success, including as triple back-to-back ISFA U18 National Champions, and continues to grow across U15-U18 pathways. We are now looking for an Assistant Coach who can contribute to this momentum through high-quality delivery, strong player development and a passion for girls’ football.
This role is ideal for early-career coaches, sports graduates, gap year candidates, or those looking to gain experience within a high-performance school sport setting.
The Sports Assistant will support the Head Football Coach in delivering engaging and enjoyable football sessions and after-school activities. Further details are available in the job description.

Mount Kelly is seeking to appoint a full-time member of the grounds team who are responsible for the daily maintenance of the grounds of the Mount Kelly site, including outdoor sports pitches, all weather facilities and equipment, also the general maintenance of the grounds, grass areas, planted areas, litter clearance and cleaning of facilities.
