In Year 8, pupils are entrusted with meaningful roles that allow them to lead by example, inspire their peers, and contribute positively to our school community. Our Pupil Leadership programme encourages pupils to take initiative, plan and deliver projects, and reflect on their experiences. This approach provides a practical introduction to real-world management responsibilities, empowering pupils to harness their skills and talents for the benefit of others.
