On Saturday 2 May, Mount Kelly announced the winners of our first Swimming OADF Awards. OADF (Optimal Athlete Development Framework) is an initiative launched by British Swimming and Swim England to outline the key skills, characteristics and behaviours required to succeed in the sport.
The coaches selected 12 awards encompassing attributes of the Person, the Athlete and the Performer and asked our swimmers to nominate their fellow teammates.
