Following a direct phone call from NHS Devon asking for particular items of PPE, and with the help of our caterers, Thomas Franks, we were pleased to be able to muster over 1,000 disposable aprons and 800 disposable gloves which were delivered to the NHS Devon offices in Plymouth on Friday.
In addition, we were pleased to also donate many goggles from our Science Dept; whilst not suitable for front line staff, the NHS staff confirmed that they are suitable for other key workers including physiotherapists.
