Our 18 DW paddlers headed to Wiltshire for the Waterside C Race (23 miles and 33 portages) last weekend. Despite the news that the Devizes to Westminster race over Easter has been cancelled, our pupils showed great resilience and determination, demonstrating how far they have come as paddlers.
Our fastest crew, Jackson and Matthew, came in in under 4 hours 10 minutes, closely followed by Callum and Chiara who were placed 2nd School Mixed Pair. All of our other crews came through within their individual target times, in a fantastic race for Mount Kelly.
