Charity Cabaret Night

A new live music format took place at the College on Friday night in aid of the Foundation’s chosen charity, Surfers Against Sewage.

Big School boasted three separate stages featuring the school Big Big Band, pupil singer songwriters, and special guests The Martin Jenkins trio. Martin is our jazz piano teacher and he appeared alongside saxophone teacher, Dan Hillman, and special guest, OMK Jon Scott.  Jon is one of the pre-eminent trumpeters of his generation, having played lead trumpet for Jools Holland's Rhythm and Blues Band for over twenty years.

It was an uplifting night, full of wonderful live music and raised valuable funds for a very good cause.
