Three teams of four Year 8 girls have entered the National Cyber Security Centre's annual CyberFirst Girls competition, a nationwide competition which encourages girls into the world of cyber security and the workings of GCHQ.
The qualifier round begins on 13 January 2020 and the content of the competition includes some advanced cyber topics that are not covered in traditional education but will seek to stretch the lateral thinking and additional cyber knowledge of the teams.
