The House Song stage of the Inter-House Music Competition took place in Big School on Thursday afternoon, amid a great atmosphere of camaraderie and friendly rivalry.
Courtenay took first place this year with their beautifully sung hymn Amazing Grace, followed closely by School House with Wannabe by the Spice Girls and Newton’s I was made for loving you by Kiss. Following the success of this event, we can now look forward to the competition for soloists and ensembles which will take place next term.
Thank you to the musicians, judge Bianca Phillips and the staff choir who all helped to make the event an occasion to remember.
