ERICA the bear has visited classes around the Prep this week. Her name is an acronym for mistakes are Expected, Respected, Inspected, Corrected and Acted on.
This home-grown initiative aims to reinforce growth mindset throughout the Prep and there will soon be a photo of ERICA with each form in their classroom to remind pupils that mistakes are a fundamental part of learning and that they should feel safe to make them.
