A huge congratulations to our U17 cricket team who, despite the challenging weather conditions, produced a fantastic performance against Embley School and won the Regional Plate Final! 🌧️💪

The victory sees the team progress to the National Quarter Final, the furthest a school cricket team has ever progressed in this competition, making it a truly historic achievement for the school. ⭐

✨Year 11 Prom 2026 ✨

Our Year 11 pupils celebrated the end of their GCSE examinations in style at the Bedford Hotel. 🎉

Pupils enjoyed a delicious two-course meal before taking to the dance floor, making memories with friends, and capturing plenty of photos in the photo booth. 📸💃🕺

It was a fantastic evening and a wonderful way to mark the end of an important chapter in their school journey.

We wish all our Year 11 pupils a fantastic summer and look forward to welcoming many of them back to Sixth Form in September. 🌟

Earlier this week, 50 enthusiastic Year 9 pupils successfully completed their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh`s Award expedition. 🥾

Working in teams, pupils navigated routes around the Tamar Valley, camped overnight, and demonstrated incredible teamwork, determination and independence every step of the way. ⛺

A huge well done to all pupils involved on this fantastic achievement! 🎉

We would also like to wish the best of luck to all pupils completing their Silver and Gold Duke of Edinburgh`s Award expeditions over the coming days! 👏

Our cadets have enjoyed five fantastic weeks of sailing, taking on everything from bright, breezy conditions to more challenging weather with enthusiasm and determination.⛵️

The final session saw 14 members take to the water for the much-anticipated annual race, won by Raphael`s boat. Congratulations also to Toby, who was recognised by instructors as the standout helm of the term for his calm, confident and clear leadership!🎉

What a way to round off the series of Sports Day! 🏅🏃‍♂️

The final Sports Day of the year took place on Friday afternoon and Lower Prep absolutely delivered a fantastic afternoon of sport!

From sprint races and foam javelin throws to ball throws, long jump and exciting relay races, the children threw themselves into every event with enthusiasm and determination.

A huge well done to all our Lower Prep pupils for their effort, teamwork and sporting spirit. 👏

Yesterday was a great afternoon of cricket for Mount Kelly! 🏏

Our U12 team also enjoyed a cracking game, securing a fantastic victory in the Devon Cup Semi-Final.

The win sees them progress to the Devon Cup Final against Exeter School, with the opportunity to secure a place in next year`s national finals competition.
